Return Policy – Glowing Trends

At Glowing Trends, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with a clear and simple return process.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order if the item meets the following conditions:

  • Item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags, packaging, and accessories are intact

  • Item is not marked as final sale or non-returnable (e.g., intimate items, custom products)

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked final sale

  • Intimate wear, swimwear, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital products or downloadable content

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email our customer service team at support@thetrendx.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately at support@thetrendx.shop with photos of the issue. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again

  • Then, contact your bank or credit card company (processing times may vary)

  • If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@thetrendx.shop
