Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Intimate wear, swimwear, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Gift cards

Refund Process

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item sent).

Late or Missing Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
