- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
- Not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

4. Return Shipping Cost

- The TrendX Error: If the return is due to our mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect items), we provide a prepaid return label.
5. Return Labels
We provide return labels in two scenarios:
- Return due to The TrendX’s mistake: Prepaid return label at no cost.
- Return due to customer reasons: Customers must arrange and pay for their own return shipping.
This ensures a fair and balanced process for both customers and The TrendX.
6. Restocking Fee
The TrendX does not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
7. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, email support@thetrendx.shop with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address and instructions.
8. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- Send the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method
- Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and proceed with the refund or exchange promptly
9. Refund Process
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days
- A confirmation email is sent once the refund is processed
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:

11. Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for different sizes, colors, or products.
To request an exchange:

- Return the original item following the return instructions
- Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the requested replacement

The TrendX will provide a prepaid return label and resolve the matter promptly
